Kubbah Street

The Story of Kubbah Street.

Kubbah Street is the result of a deep, lifelong passion for cooking, a love that started in my childhood and has only intensified with the years.. Growing up, I was always by my mother’s side in the kitchen, learning the secrets of her recipes and the joy of cooking. What began as simple tasks—helping with chopping, stirring, and tasting-eventually grew into a deep love for creating meals that bring people together.

The turning point came during my college years when I decided to cook a Kabsa for my Cousins. To my surprise, it was an instant success, and in that moment, I realized that cooking wasn’t just something I enjoyed—it was my true calling.

When the pandemic hit, I found myself once again in the kitchen, this time cooking alongside my mother and grandmother. The experience of sharing family recipes and cooking together deepened my connection to the craft. I even began filming our cooking sessions, which turned into a series of videos capturing the joy and love we put into every dish.

For me, cooking isn’t just a skill—it’s a way of life, a habit that brings me pure joy. There’s nothing more fulfilling than crafting a meal from scratch and serving it to others. I firmly believe that only those who truly love cooking can make food that not only tastes great but also brings joy to those who eat it. This philosophy is at the core of Kubbah Street’s vision.

Kubbah Street is a reflection of that love and dedication. It’s not just a restaurant; it’s a place where tradition and passion come together on every plate. We don’t just serve food; we serve the heart and soul of everything we make.
